Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fashion Emporio, Inc (“Fashion Emporio”) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fashion Emporio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fashion Emporio shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

Liability

Fashion Emporio shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

All prices are subject to change without further notice. Fashion Emporio reserves the right to make adjustment due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

 

Orders

Fashion Emporio reserves the right to not accepting/ fulfilling order(s) due to fraud detection. Meanwhile, Fashion Emporio will disable customer's account until customer confirms order's authorization. All purchases made through the Website are subject to our acceptance. This means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any transaction, in our sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. The Website does not permit orders from dealers, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell items offered on the Website.

 

California Proposition 65

Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, was enacted as a ballot initiative in November 1986.
